LINE OF DUTY season 6 is finally over afterward seven centre-racing episodes. So how did information technology end and who was the Fourth Homo?

Line of Duty's latest series saw AC-12 investigate both the murder of journalist Gail Vela (played past Andi Osho) and DCI Jo Davidson (Kelly Macdonald) who was in accuse of finding her killer. Fans were also about to find out once and for all who is the concluding member of H, now referred to as the Fourth Man. Here's everything you need to know about the ending of Line of Duty season vi.

What happened at the finish of Line of Duty flavor 6?
Prove of Gail Vela's murderer is discovered
In the previous episode, DCI Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) said she wanted to physical flooring of the OCG workshop dug up to see if there was annihilation underneath.

Jo Davidson goes into Witness Protection
Jo was being taken by corrupt prison guards somewhere where their van could be raided by OCG members who would then take her abroad.
But luckily, Ac-12 were following them and were able to intercept the van only in time, so when the criminals went to endeavor and grab Jo, it was Kate and Steve inside, ready to make the arrests.
Jo was grateful for their help and in substitution for revealing that the decadent officeholder she believed was her dad was Patrick Fairbank, she was put into the Witness Protection Programme.
She was last seen at an undisclosed location with a new girlfriend and a dog.

H is revealed
DC Chloe Bishop (Shalom Brune-Franklin) had washed some earthworks into any previous police records with the spelling "definately".
This incorrect spelling was known to be used past H and with this, they were able to find out their identity.
To Air-conditioning-12's frustration, it was revealed that Detective Superintendent Ian Buckells (Nigel Boyle) who was the 4th Human who simply did information technology for the money.
He referred to them all as mugs but at the end of the interview, he realised he wouldn't be able to get immunity or get into witness protection, whether he confessed or non to his interest in Gail Vela's murder.

Kate to rejoin Ac-12
Over a friendly catch upwards beverage, Kate said how her, DI Steve Arnott (Martin Compston) and Detective Superintendent Ted Hastings (Adrian Dunbar) were likely to be kicked out by Detective Chief Superintendent Patricia Carmichael) if she was to come back.
Steve then asked if she was going to and Kate teased how someone needed to proceed an eye on them.
And so it looks like if Line of Duty does return, Kate will be rejoining AC-12 to grab corrupt officers one time again.
Steve has meeting regarding his painkiller addiction
For several episodes, Steve had been avoiding the medical squad later having a drugs exam.
But he reluctantly had the meeting where he was told he wasn't going to be suspended and that they were more concerned with his welfare.
All the same, his firearms license had been taken from him as a result.
Ted confesses to his part in John Corbett murder
Ted told both Kate and Steve how he had told Lee Banks in prison that there was an informant in the OCG which led to Corbett'south death.
He thought Corbett would take to run back to the police merely instead, he was killed which Ted regrets.
And then much and then that he did keep behind £fifty,000 from the money he was given in flavor 5 and gave information technology to Corbett's wife Steph (Amy De BhrĂșn).
Ted had been forced to reassign but said how he was going to appeal the conclusion.
Before he left the office though, Ted confessed to Carmichael (Anna Maxwell Martin) about inadvertently telling Banks about Corbett.
